Upload Agency Public Records Requests
Massachusetts Public Records Law requires that state agencies report records requests to the Secretary of the Commonwealth. If you're an agency Records Access Officer (RAO), and you need to report a request or search existing requests, create an account with our database. This page explains how to create an account with the Public Records Division’s database, and how to search for existing requests.
How to Submit Request Information
You can submit request reports through our online database. Only agency RAOs can create a database account. Once logged in, you can enter the request information. Each agency must name a Records Access Officer (RAO), and that person can create a database account.

How to Search for Request Information
Our Agency Public Records Request Database is available to the public. It contains all agency public records requests submitted to our office. It contains all agency public records requests that were submitted to the Public Records Division.
