The Goods and Services Bulletin documents all state agency orders and contracts for commodities and services. It’s published weekly.
- Most orders aren’t related to public facility constructions.
- By law (M.G.L. c. 30B), the Bulletin includes any municipal contracts exceeding $100,000.
- The Bulletin also include any notices advertising sole source procurements and the availability of surplus property.
You can access the Goods and Services Bulletin online through the Regulations database. Search a state or local government bid notice by agency name, publication date or by description. Printed versions are no longer available.

Annual subscriptions cost $42, including an expedited fee of $10.
