Bookstore Help & FAQs

1. Browse the Online Bookstore Catalog to find a publication or item. You can also use the search bar to find a specific publication by keyword.
2. When you find an item, click "Add to Cart" to place it in your cart.
3. You’ll then see your shopping cart, where you can review your selections or change item quantities.
4. Click “Continue to shop” to return to the catalog, or “Proceed to checkout” to continue your purchase.
5. When you proceed to checkout, you’ll see an Order Summary form. Enter your shipping and contact information at the bottom.
6. Click "Proceed to payment" when ready. A secure connection will open to process payment information.
7. After you enter payment information, click "Submit.” You can review the payment information once more before finalizing the order.
8. If all information looks correct, click "Accept." If not, click "Edit" to change payment information.
9. Once the order is processed, you'll see an Order Confirmation page. You may want to print this information for reference.
10. If the payment doesn’t process correctly, you'll receive an error notification. You’ll then need to return to your shopping cart and re-submit the order.
11. If we can’t complete your order, we will contact you by phone or email.

• For online purchases, we accept Mastercard, Visa, or American Express credit cards and debit cards.
• For orders by mail, we accept a check or money order, payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• For orders in person, we accept cash, check, money order, or Mastercard, Visa, and American Express credit and debit cards.

All orders include shipping and handling fees. See below for fee listings by order amount.

Credit card orders incur an additional fee, labeled as an "expedited fee." This fee does not impact shipping timeframes. We also assess sales tax on non-governmental items if applicable. All prices are subject to change.
