David Rini is the new Executive Director at Prisoners' Legal Services of MA. He will be helping to support the work of our Legislative and Policy Director, Jesse White, in advocating for bills on our priority platform (related to incarceration and criminal justice). He will not often have to meet with legislators to discuss bills (Jesse White will continue to do this), but may help support lobby days and may attend and speak at legislative briefings or occasionally testify at public hearings in his capacity as Executive Director. Mr. Rini will also be communicating with legislators about our organization's budget and may schedule individual meetings with legislators to explain details about our budget.
