Dan is Borrego's Director of Policy and Business Development. Borrego is an active solar project developer and EPC firm in MA, so the rules and regulation around solar development and finance are important to our business. Accordingly, Dan's responsibilities include regular communication with administration officials, mostly at EOEEA, and also with the legislature when the legislature is considering measures that will impact renewable energy generation. His activities put him in contact with the relevant committee chairs and vice-chairs - principally Senator Downing and Representative Keenan - as well as with EOEEA officials such as Commissioner Mark Sylvia and his staff.
