Please explain in writing why you change the date of employment:
I entered the date of January 1, 2013 because I thought the system was based on the calendar year. We signed our contract on January 31, 2013 with Delaney Policy Group - but we did not have our initial kick-off meeting until February 8th, 2013. During the meeting they told The TIMA Trust we needed to register with the Sec. of State. When I filled out the application I set the start date as January, 1st. My error.
