This lobbyist will handle, track and influence any and all legislation and budget amendments that would be perceived to have an impact on the members of the Home Care Alliance.
Bills will include re-files of An Act Relative to home Health Aides, An Act Relative to Telehealth, An Act Relative to Pediatric Home Care Services, An Act Relative to out of state physicians ordering home care in the Commonwealth, and other bills to be determined.
This lobbyist will also work on the upcoming FY14 state budget through its various phases.
This lobbyist will deal with the Joint Committees on Public Health, Joint Committee on Health Care Financing, Joint Committee on Elder Affairs and others.
