Mr. Johnson will be working with legislators and executive branch officials on all bills and policies related to the oversight of the compounding industry. In addition, he contact legislators on bills may be re-filed such as An Act Regulating Pharmacy Audits, An Act Preventing Breakthrough Seizures, and several others. Finally, MPhA hopes that a legislation will be filed to include Pharmacists as health care providers in that definition in MGL Chapter 111.
