The legislation which has been forwarded by the MWRA in draft form states, "AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE MASSACHUSETTS WATER RESOURCES AUTHORITY TO DISPOSE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF BOSTON AND TO RELEASE AN ACCESS EASEMENT UPON REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF BOSTON." The land, consisting of 37,150 square feet is owned by the MWRA noted as "situated on the northerly side of Freeport Street ---." This land has been described as "Fox Point" by the MWRA. Local 103, IBEW intends to use this land and two buildings for educational purposes.
