The Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth issues all certificates concerning business entities registered with our office. A majority of these certificates can be printed at certain Registries of Deeds for pickup.

To order online:
- Go to the Corporate Database Search Page
- Enter the name of the corporation
- Select the correct entry from the resulting names
- At the Business Entity Summary, click "Request certificate" and complete that form
- In "Special Instructions" type PRINT AT [REGISTRY NAME]
