Please take Notice that the State Ballot Law Commission will commence holding hearings in the above proceeding on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., in the 17th Floor Conference Room of One Ashburton Place, Boston, Massachusetts.

Please note that the Respondent must file an Answer or other responsive pleading before the hearing. The Commission requests that all briefs be filed at or before the hearing date noticed above.
