Notice of Hearing

Notice is hereby given on behalf of the State Ballot Law Commission by the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s Elections Division pursuant to 950 CMR § 59.01(5).

Please take Notice that the State Ballot Law Commission will commence holding hearings in the above proceeding on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 2 p.m. in the 17th Floor Conference Room of One Ashburton Place, Boston, Massachusetts. Hearings will continue as necessary each day starting at 9:30 a.m. on July 16, 2026 and July 17, 2026.

Please note that the Respondent must file an Answer or other responsive pleading before the hearing. The Commission requests that all briefs be filed at or before the hearing date noticed above.
