The Lawrence Housing Authority (LHA) is requesting proposals from consultants to assist the LHA with the repositioning of the Merrimack Courts development, a public housing asset consisting of 292 family public housing units in 14 buildings. The first phase will be to assist the LHA in determining the most advantageous options available for the repositioning of public housing assets. The second phase will be to assist the LHA with the conversion. |
