Property grounds maintenance of both public and private properties on an as needed basis. Services include maintaining the appearance of public properties, public ways and private properties under the jurisdiction of the City’s Vacant Abandoned and Foreclosed Ordinance or declared nuisance properties. Scope of work includes but is not limited to clearing yard waste, overgrown grasses and weeds, trash and debris, and sidewalk snow removal. |
