The Town of Bolton is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the Town with property tax assessment services for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. To include assisting the Town with compiling the annual tax recap, providing assessment information, preparing new growth reports and obtaining DOR certification of valuation for the 2025, 2026, and 2027 valuations in a timely manner for tax rate approval process.
