The contractor shall provide all the labor, tools, equipment, apparatus and supplies necessary to plow the snow from the parking areas and sidewalks-of-each parking facility in the designated areas, as directed by the Commissioner or bis representative (Official). The entire parking area is to be cleaned of snow and· Salted All sidewalks around the perimeter of the parking facility are to be cleaned in like manner. |
