Description |
|
Consultant / Inspection Services. The Contractor will be requested on an as-needed basis, Assist MHA by performing Annual federal and state public housing and voucher assistance program Physical Inspections, inclusive of HUD NSPIRE, HUD NSIRE-V, HUD HQS and HQS Quality Control, Annual, Move-in, Move-out, Housekeeping, Emergency and other inspections and provide a detailed written inspection report on each to MHA, all as may be required by MHA, in its sole discretion; and Quality control inspections on capital, maintenance or service work performed by MHA Maintenance or contractors at various MHA state and federally assisted developments. |
