Proposals shall be sealed and clearly marked “Request for Proposals – Water and Sewer Rate Study” to the Water and Sewer Department, above agency address, received no later than the deadline. The submittal package shall consist of five hard copies of the proposal and one PDF digital copy of the full submittal on a flash drive. Each submission shall also include a separate sealed envelope, marked “Town of Duxbury, Water and Sewer Rate Study Price Proposal”. |
