Description |

The Town of Stoughton is soliciting proposals for professional services for the provision of a complete revaluation of all personal property in fiscal year 2027. There will be options to renew the contract based on the sole recommendations of the Town. The update of all property values is pursuant to the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the rules and regulations of the Commissioner of Revenue. The request for proposal process will be used for this service to enable the Town of Stoughton to provide higher ratings to proposers whose key project personnel have extensive experience providing similar services to other municipalities |
