The Lynn Housing Authority and Neighborhood Development (LHAND) invite sealed bids from Massachusetts Licensed Lead Inspectors/Risk Assessors to perform lead inspections/risk assessments for lead paint abatement involved in the Lynn Lead Abatement Program (LLAP) managed by the LHAND. The contract will be for a one-year term with the option to renew. Scopes of work and contract terms are outlined in the bid package prepared by LHAND. |
