Description |
|
Consultant / Hearing Officer. The Contractor will be requested on an as-needed basis. Consultant(s) to act as Hearing Officer in public housing and voucher applicant, resident and participant family matters in accordance with state and federal law and regulation, inclusive of Fair Housing, and the terms and provisions of the MHA’s ACOP and Admin Plan. The Hearing Officer will conduct hearings and render a written decision on whether the MHA’s decision is justified under applicable laws and regulations. The Hearing Officer will be requested on an as-needed basis to conduct the types of hearings for MHA. |
