Shore Educational Collaborative (Shore) invites written proposals from qualified companies to be the food service vendor at its Chelsea campus located at 100 Revere Beach Parkway, Chelsea, MA. Service includes School Breakfast and Lunch programs. Shore Educational Collaborative (Shore) provides educational services to children and adults with disabilities. Students attending Shore's Henry Owen School range in grades from pre-school to post-secondary (age 22). Currently, the school enrollment is approximately 207 students. However, over the course of an academic year, enrollment can increase to as many as 225 students. Approximately 160 students order breakfast/lunch on a daily basis and 100% of Shore's students qualify for free meals. |

Additional Information |
Shore is part of the National School Lunch Program and currently qualifies for the Community Eligibility Provision Program (CEP). This program allows all students access to breakfast and lunch free of charge. Shore takes responsibility for all direct certification and student data-related compliance procedures required to maintain this status. Lunch is delivered on the morning it is to be consumed, and breakfast is delivered with the previous day's lunch. |
