Description |
|
The City of Lynn will receive bids for property grounds maintenance of both public and private properties. Services include maintaining the appearance of public properties and public ways as well as private properties under the jurisdiction of the City’s Vacant Abandoned and Foreclosed Ordinance or declared nuisance properties. Scope of work includes but is not limited to clearing and disposing of yard waste, overgrown grasses and weeds, trash and debris and sidewalk snow removal.
