The Taunton Housing Authority invites sealed bids from Contractors for Annual Preventative Maintenance Services on Ductless Mini-Split-System for the Local Housing Authorities located in Bristol County, Massachusetts. The successful Bidder will be required to sign a contract with the Taunton Housing Authority for a period of one-year beginning 2/1/25 - 1/31/26, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods, for a maximum total of three years. The renewal of any consecutive year is at the sole discretion of the Authority. |
