Description |

The Holyoke Housing Authority is seeking a qualified professional legal firm to provide services to the HHA in negotiating and closing on multiple mixed financial transactions. The successful respondent should have demonstrated capacity in negotiating those transactional documents that are required for public housing or Section 8 multi layered financing programs which will likely include LIHTC’s, Home, CDBG and some HUD and DHCD funding. |
