On-call Grant Writing and Submission Services. The City of Lawrence, Massachusetts, through its Office of Project Management and Development, is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants or firms to provide on-call grant writing and submission services for various City departments. These services will be provided on an as-needed basis and will focus exclusively on writing and submitting grant applications to support a range of municipal initiatives. |
