The Town of Brewster, through its’ Town Manager, is soliciting bids for credit card and debit processing for the Town owned Captains Golf Course. This request calls for bids on a cost-plus basis. The term of the contract is for two years with a one-year option at the discretion of the Town. Massachusetts State Law prohibits any language that would include an automatic renewal of the contract at the end of the contract term. The processor must offer acceptance of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay as defined in the Scope of Services. The processor software must fully interface with the golf course’s Chelsea Information Systems POS software, meaning that the card transaction must be able to be swiped directly into the Chelsea Information Systems software. The Captains Golf Course accepts credit and debit cards for all golf services including, green fees, golf cart fees, driving range fees, and pro shop merchandise |
