Seeking proposals from qualified non-profit organizations to operate the traditional summer programs at the Chilmark Community Center (CCC). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a nonprofit organization that demonstrates the experience, capacity, and community focus necessary to deliver high-quality summer programming in the best interests of the Town of Chilmark. |

Additional Information |
The selected organization will be required to obtain all necessary licenses through the Chilmark Board of Health and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, including compliance with 105 CMR 430.000 and all other applicable laws. The Town intends to enter into a three-year Agreement governing the operation of the summer programs and granting a non-exclusive use of the Community Center campus on a portion of 522 South Road. |
