Soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive IT services and support. NHCS is a K-12 public charter school in Dorchester, MA, serving approximately 800 students and staff. The selected vendor will act as: NHCS’s outsourced technology department, supporting IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, device management, E-rate compliance, and information systems such as PowerSchool, DeansList, and CLEVER. Scope of Work: The awarded vendor will be responsible for: Mandatory Discovery Phase – Assess NHCS’s IT infrastructure and provide recommendations. Helpdesk & IT Support – Troubleshooting, device management, and software updates. Cybersecurity & Compliance – Implement security measures and ensure regulatory compliance. E-rate & Procurement Support – Assist with E-rate applications and vendor management. Information Systems Management – Support PowerSchool, DeansList, CLEVER, and related platforms.
