Description |

The New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for WINTER SANDING. The work consists of salt spreading operations for parking lots, roadways and driveways at various state aided (DHCD) and federally funded (HUD) public housing developments operated by the NBHA in New Bedford, Mass in accordance with the contract documents. The work under this contract shall be performed on an as needed basis. If at the advertised time scheduled for the bid opening the New Bedford Housing Authority Procurement Office is closed due to uncontrolled events such as fire, snow, ice, wind or building evacuation, then the bid opening will be postponed until 10:00 a.m. on the next regularly scheduled business day. All bids will be accepted until that time and date. |
