The City of Lawrence’s Office of Planning and Development (Awarding Authority) invites sealed bids for a qualified Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor. Summary of services to be performed include, but are not limited to, testing for lead-based paint as outlined in the Massachusetts Lead Law and the Federal Lead Safe Housing Rule, site sampling, completion and submission of lead paint inspection reports, re-inspection prior to re-occupancy and issuance of letters of compliance, and providing full risk assessments reports. |
