Description |

The Hyannis Fire Department (HYFD) is inviting bids from qualified boat manufacturers to design, construct and deliver an approximately 32-foot welded aluminum high-speed landing craft fireboat. This vessel will support firefighting, rescue, towing, diving, and transport operations within the area of responsibility of HYFD. There are specific needs to this build that will give the HYFD the most advantageous outcome during operation. The HYFD is not seeking a vessel that has semi-soft sides or tube style inflations surrounding the hull. IFB Is on Our Website, COMMBUYS, and with the Cape Cod Times. Award will be made on or before 10/22/25. |

All bid prices must remain firm for a period of 45 days after selection of the bid. The HYFD may cancel this IFB, waive any informality, or reject in whole or in any part of the bid if, in its sole discretion, it determines that cancellation or rejection serves the best interests of the department. |
