Description |
|
Objective of this RFP is to select a consultant to provide on-call communications and community services on a seasonal basis. Consultants will support and augment the communications plans and strategies of both the City of Springfield and the Springfield Redevelopment Authority and various event coordinators, as it relates to holiday marketing, communications and outreach activities. The SRA supports minority and women (M/WBE) participation, as well as hiring residents of Springfield, in all contracts. This request does not create a binding obligation on the part of the SRA with any respondent. |
