MART is seeking proposals from qualified broker services to represent them in the marketing of property and casualty insurance, and risk management services to include (but not limited to): Commercial Package, General Liability, ERISA Bond, Business Auto, Hired or Non-owned Autos, Workmans Compensation, Crime, Public Entity Liability, Cyber Liability, Storage Tank/Pollution Liability, Excess Liability, Employee Practices Liability and Flood. MART is seeking services commencing on 8/1/25 and expiring 7/31/26 with 7 one-year extension options. Reviewing and evaluating MART’s loss exposure. Drafting the insurance renewal specifications. Preparing annual marketing strategy reports identifying anticipated market conditions and proposing a marketing strategy for MART’s insurance program. Assisting in developing underwriting data and specifications for renewal negotiations. |

Obtaining quotes from the insurance industry and negotiating the best terms and coverage for the various exposure areas. Servicing existing insurance policies by reviewing coverage issues, assisting in collection of losses, issuing certificates of insurance as needed, processing policy changes, etc., in a timely manner.
