Description |

The Malden Retirement Board is seeking proposals from qualified Legal Services Firms and/or Attorneys specializing in providing legal services/advice to Massachusetts Public Employee Defined Benefit Plans governed under the provisions of M.G.L. c. 32 and Regulations of the Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission 840 CMR.
Late proposals will not be accepted. The Malden Contributory Retirement System reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all proposals in the best interest of the System. |
