The Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development (LHAND) invites sealed proposals from non-profit agencies to perform marketing and development through existing rehab, construction and neighborhood revitalization efforts for the Lynn Lead Abatement Program (LLAP) managed by the LHAND. Contract will be for an eight-month term with the LHAND. Scope of work and contract terms are outlined in the proposal package prepared by the LHAND. |
