In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B, sealed bids will be accepted by mail or in person to Procurement Office, Town Hall Annex, 111 Middle Street, Weymouth until the deadline and will be publicly opened and read in the conference room located at the Weymouth Town Hall Annex, 111 Middle Street, Weymouth, MA 02189. If any bid is received after the scheduled deadline, it will be considered non-responsive and therefore disqualified. The sealed bids must comply with all minimum requirements set forth in the IFB in order to be considered responsive. |
