SNOTE: Supplies furnished as part of this Contract are exempt from the Sales and Use Tax. All bids should take this factor into consideration, and be calculated accordingly. IFB available and/or examined in the Administration Bldg. of the District, above agency address, beginning 5/13/25. The contract will be awarded within 45 days after the bid opening. The time for award may be extended by mutual agreement between the District and the awarded Bidder. Award of the Contract is subject to the approval of the Greater New Bedford Regional Refuse Management District Committee. The District encourages the use of Minority and Women owned Business Enterprises. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality, and/or reject any or all bids. |
