Billerica and Billerica Public Schools are requesting proposals for Net Metering Credits (NMC) or Alternative on Bill Credits (AOBC). Billerica is looking to address two issues with the RFP and will consider any options that partially or fully address these issues: 1) In fiscal year 2025 Billerica needs to purchase up to $1.25M in NMC or AOBC; and 2) 10/15/20 year NMC or AOBC Purchase Agreement with an annual production of $1M - $1.4M in credits. |
