Seeking sealed bids for approximately 4,000 gallons of Zinc Orthophosphate (12% Zn, 36% PO4) to be delivered in 1,000-gallon bulk shipments approximately every four months to the Northampton Corrosion Control Plant at 459 Haydenville Rd., Northampton, MA. All bids must include delivery fees and be certified for potable water use (NSF, EPA, USDA). Delivery trucks must be able to pressurize the product into the City’s bulk containers. Contract not to exceed $99,999. |

Bid specifications available by request to dpwinfo@northamptonma.gov. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled “Zinc Orthophosphate WTP” received at DPW Office at above agency address no later than the deadline. Appropriate NSF, EPA, and USDA certifications must accompany the bid. The successful bidder must guarantee pricing for 12 months and comply with M.G.L. c. 30B. Award will be made within 30 days. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. |
