The City of Holyoke is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which to
contract for the following services:
Provide Off-Street Parking services which will include the operation and management of 2 parking Garages, multiple surface lots totaling 1,384 off-street spaces lots and garages 2,444 on-street spaces and 72 Handicap accessible spaces and creating a unified parking system throughout the city. |
