REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Legal Services. The Easthampton Retirement Board (“Board seeking proposals from qualified individuals/firms to provide legal services consistent with M.G.L. c. 32 and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Regulations 840 CMR-Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission. Completed original, hard copies of the Proposals must be received by mail no later than the deadline. No electronic submittals. Responses received after said date and time will not be evaluated. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
