MAPC, as the Sponsoring Organization for the Region 3 HMCC, and on behalf of the Region 3 Public Health Emergency Preparedness Coalitions, seeks a qualified consultant to provide emergency preparedness planning services. MAPC will be the awarding authority. A contract will be awarded to the responsible and eligible Proposer whose proposal is responsive to the RFP and is deemed by MAPC to be the most highly advantageous and in the best interest of MAPC. |
