In accordance with MGL c.30B, the Town of Bourne on behalf of the Police Department is requesting bids for the following: PURCHASE OF FIREARMS. Sealed bids will be received via mail or in-person, at the Town of Bourne Administration Office, Attn: Liz Hartsgrove, Assistant Town Administrator, 24 Perry Ave, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 until the deadline. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope, bearing the words: “PURCHASE OF FIREARMS”. To receive consideration, bids shall be submitted on the appropriate forms no later than the above date and time for the opening. Immediately following the deadline for bids, all bids received within the time specified will be publicly opened and read aloud. |
