Description |

Complete the final design and bid-ready construction documents for the River Terrace (CSO-21B) Combined Sewer Separation Project. To date, the project has been designed to the 60% design level. The proposed scope of work requested as part of this RFQ includes confirming and updating utility base mapping as previously surveyed against current utility records, potential field investigations (e.g. test pits) to identify and resolve any potential design conflicts with utilities, finalizing design plans and profiles, completion of any necessary regulatory permitting, preparation of technical specifications, preparation of cost estimates, assistance with documentation necessary to obtain State Revolving Funds for the construction phase of the project, and preparation of final bidding documents. |
