AVC is soliciting bids to provide In-district Special Ed Transportation Services for two member school districts - the Public Schools of Northborough and Southborough and Nashoba Regional School District on an emergency basis pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B, ยง 8. The bid period spans three years (8/12/24 - 6/30/27) with potential for two annual extensions thereafter. AVC reserves the right to accept any bid in whole or in part and to reject any and all bids as deemed to be in the best interest of the Collaborative and/or its members. All contracts will be approved by the AVC Board of Directors. |
