Each Sub-Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, CASH, or, CERTIFIED CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price. The total estimated filed sub-bid construction cost for Tiling is $550,547. The total estimated filed sub-bid construction cost for Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) is $674,843. The total estimated filed sub-bid construction cost for Electrical is $30,446. Filed Sub-Bidders are required to be DCAMM Certified.
A Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held at the Atkinson Swimming Pool located at 40 Fairbank Road, Sudbury, MA, 01776 on January 6, 2025 at 1 p.m. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is recommended. Contractor questions are due by January 8, 2025 at 5 p.m. Addenda will be issued no later than January 14, 2025. |
