This project consists of improvements to a passive recreation space at 95 North Street in Grafton, including the installation of a crushed stone access driveway and parking lot with storm water infrastructure, a 5’ ADA compliant hiking trail, wetland replication, site furnishing and signage, and screening plantings along the Northern property border. This project also contains three Alternates, specified in the bid documents. |
