The Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development is soliciting bids from general contractors for minor building repair services on an as needed basis at Curwin Circle. Services are for on-call labor, materials, equipment, transportation, disposal, and supervision necessary to perform general building repair, renovation, and maintenance services as directed by the housing authority. Contract is for a maximum of one year (1) or maximum spending of $100,000.00. Expected contract award date is in May of 2024. Bids are subject to the minimum prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. 149 ยง 26-27D. |
