MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the classes of work as Sidewalk and Curbing for the project with an estimated value of $12,004,500 will be required. A contractor that is not prequalified for the value above but wants to bid a project must submit a waiver request to MassDOT at least two weeks prior to the project’s bid opening date. Sealed bids shall be opened read aloud through a virtual meeting at meet.google.com/qhd-dyuh-nes by the Official, Public Works on 12/24/25 @ 1:45 P.M.
