MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the classes of work as Landscaping Including Tree Planting for the project with an estimated value of $356,231.00 will be required. A contractor that is not prequalified for the value above but wants to bid a project must submit a waiver request to MassDOT at least 2 weeks prior to the project’s bid opening date. Every Sealed bid shall be submitted in accordance with the invitation for bids and shall be filed no later than the deadline via the online Supplier Portal. Sealed bids shall be opened read aloud through a virtual meeting (meet.google.com/qna-tsmw-rkb) by the Official, Public Works on 10/23/25 at 1:15 P.M.
